Setting up the GHome Smart Plugs is a breeze. They connect to your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network without the need for a hub. Here are some quick tips for a smooth connection:

1. Only support 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi when connecting with the app. Make sure your router is set to this frequency.
2. Support Android 5.0 or iOS 13.0 and above.
3. Press and hold the power button for 5-10 seconds until the indicator is blinking before connecting.

If you have a dual-band router, you can try the following:

Plan A: Turn off the 5 GHz network before connecting the plugs for the first time. Plan B: Set up separate SSIDs for the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks, and then connect the plugs to the 2.4 GHz network only.

Our smart outlets are compatible with our own app, as well as the Smart Life App and Tuya App. They can handle appliances with a maximum load power of 1200W and 10A, so be sure to check the load of your appliance before plugging it in.
